NetEnt upgrades Malta-based live casino studio

NetEnt, one of the world’s foremost online casino games supplier, has announced the expansion of its Qormi, Malta live studio with the addition of three new blackjack tables.
These new upgrades stem from its recent deal with igaming operator, EveryMatrix and its igaming integration platform, CasinoEngine, where NetEnt will provide the operator with two dedicated blackjack tables. This deal with EveryMatrix is the first dedicated live table partnership entered by NetEnt this year, sowing the seeds for its further expansion and market growth in the rapidly growing casino segment.
The company has been working hard in the past months through many deals and significant investments. This recent Malta studio expansion is also in direct response to the growing demand for its live casino products while also moving towards its further growth in the live casino business.
Aside from this, the company has also been improving and growing its core live casino game library through the addition of various new games and new game formats. It has also advanced its in-house chroma-key technology which has paved the way for high definition live casino game streaming on multiple consumer platforms.
With such growth and investments, It should come as no surprise that NetEnt has been invited by Evolution Gaming earlier this year to be part of a larger igaming group that specializes in live casino products and services. The deal is still under review and subject to approval by NetEnt’s shareholders. The deal is expected to push through by November.
Andres Rengifo, director of NetEnt Live, has commented on this recent studio upgrade saying that given NetEnt Live’s performance and achievements, the company has seen the necessity and strategic advantage in expanding the Malta studio’s operational capacity as this is in line with its projected growth. He also added that through its key partnership with EveryMatrix, the company has strengthened its position in the live casino industry as a tier-one supplier for dedicated businesses.
CasinoEngine’s chief operating officer, Amund Stensland, also commented on this partnership saying that NetEnt is a valuable partner to the business and that the company is pleased to grow its existing partnership with the provider. He also expressed that the new blackjack tables are a new valuable asset for its clients and that he is sure that these will deliver amazing entertainment to its players. He further added that its parent company EveryMatrix is a forward-looking company as it is always looking to offer its operators the entertainment options needed for them to grow.
NetEnt’s live division is relatively new as it was launched back in 2013. Since its launch, the division has grown exponentially and has seen significant growth over the past twelve months. In this time frame, the company has released many successful games such as its Perfect Blackjack title, which is the only Blackjack product on auto-play. It has also rolled out its Auto-Roulette studio blue-screen environment and has also released its Network Branded Casino scalable and brandable operator solution for digital live casinos, among other important milestones.
